Bri started her career in eye care 6 years ago in a front desk role. She has worked in a number of different clinics, ranging in size and patient flow, from a large ophthalmic practice with 20 MDs in the Midwest, to a small family run private optometry practice in the heart of Texas. Bri uses her experience, people skills and empathy to relate to patients and staff and keep clinic running smoothly. Bri is currently our blog writer and client assistant. Her fresh first hand experience in the eye care industry gives valuable and resourceful ideas for our clients. The SOS team values her collaboration on creating the SOS DIY resources for all of our followers. Bri currently resides in Florida where she holds the position of Regional Manager. Her team consist of 18 staff members and 6 optometrists. She loves spending time with her fur babies and relaxing at the beach.

Angeline Solis focuses on developing systems and operations to optimize her client's business while supporting their teams to gain efficient skills. Through her visionary leadership she has motivated her teams to reach goals of $60,000 during a "2 Day Sales Event". doubled productivity by utilizing efficient systems, and developed skills to prepare them for other leadership roles. She admires all the charitable organizations is her community and supports them in any way she can. Angeline has led sales events to give back to the armed forces as well as host musical concerts to support children in need. Mrs. Solis hopes with her influential energy she will reach others to grow and build a mindset ready for success. Angeline and her husband were born and raised in El Paso, Texas. They are so happy to be back home to spend time with their families and support local businesses grow.

Cristina Harris
Administrative Specialist​

Cristina Harris is our Administrative Specialist. She recently graduated with an Associate of Arts degree from El Paso Community College, but has spent many years studying different areas of interest such as Computer Technology, Psychology, Business, Creative/Preforming Arts and Healthcare. She aspires to one day obtain a Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration in order to open and operate a Senior Living home for people living with Alzheimer’s. As this disease has and continues to impact her family, she is passionate about providing better care for those in her community suffering from Alzheimer’s Disease. In 2014, she married her high school sweetheart, and together they’ve begun to build a wellness community in their area to help people lead healthy, active lives. As a wife and mother to a toddler, she understands the importance of dedication, organization and multi-tasking for busy schedules. Her dedication and commitment to her family, her work and her community make her a valued addition to the Sol Ops team.​
